Articles submitted to the Journal for possible publication are subjected to a double-blind, peer review process by members of the Journal’s Editorial Board and/or ad hoc reviewers.
Manuscripts should be properly formatted according to the guidelines (refer to Manuscript Submission Guidelines).
The Editorial Board strives to provide authors promptly (usually within 3 to 5 weeks) feedback to new submissions and revised (and resubmitted) papers.
